Privacy Policy

NIRO is a product of CodePrism Technologies Pvt Ltd, Flat 1901, Block 4, SMR Vinay Fountainhead, Metro Water Works Road, Hafeezpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500049, India ("CodePrism", "we"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

It covers the NIRO website (niroai.app), the NIRO dashboard, and the AI assistant that businesses run on NIRO to answer their own customers.

Account data: your name, email address, business name, and the phone numbers and channels you connect.

Conversation data: the messages exchanged between an assistant and the people who write to it, and the details someone gives while making a booking.

Technical data, collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, time zone, the pages you visit and how you use them.

We do not store payment card numbers.

To provide the service you asked for: answering messages, making bookings, and showing you your inbox and customer records.

To keep it working and safe: diagnosing faults, preventing abuse and meeting our legal obligations.

To tell you about changes that affect you. We do not sell your personal data or your customers' data.

When someone messages a business that runs NIRO, that business decides what is collected and why, and we process the data on its behalf and on its instructions. If you messaged such a business, contact it first about your data; we will help it respond.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on performance of a contract to run the service, legitimate interests for security and improving the product, and consent for anything optional, such as marketing email. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect what happened before. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process personal data with your consent or for the legitimate uses it permits.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your language and understand which pages are used. The Cookie Policy lists them and explains how to control them.

Service providers that host, deliver and analyse on our behalf, under contract and only for that purpose. The messaging channels you connect, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and email, to the extent needed to deliver a message. Authorities, where the law requires it.

If CodePrism is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, data may be transferred to the new owner, who must continue to protect it as this policy describes. We never share personal data with anyone for their own marketing.

We keep conversation and personal data for up to six years while an account is open, so a business keeps a record of what was agreed with a customer. When an account is deleted, we delete its data within 60 days.

We protect data with measures suited to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you, and the relevant authorities, as the law requires.

We and our service providers may process data outside your country. Where the law requires it, we protect those transfers with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

You can ask to access your personal data, receive a copy of it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another service. Write to sales@codeprism.in and we will reply within 30 days.

You may also complain to your data protection authority, such as your local supervisory authority in the EU or UK, or the Data Protection Board of India.

Under the CCPA you have the right to know which categories of personal information we collect, to have it deleted, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

NIRO is a business product and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data, and we delete it if we learn we have.

Our site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp or Google. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave NIRO.

We post every change here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
